you've been blessed to be a blessing

when i moved to calgary i needed to find a new church. PTL it happened heaps fast and i got settled in no time at all. its safe to say every time i walk into c3 calgary, i encounter God in some way shape or form. this month we are doing a 21 day generosity challenge called generous you. check out more information on this link here. http://www.generousyou.com/

so today i was challenged with the prayer 'how can i be generous to the people in my life' and instantly ideas came into my head and i am so so so excited for these ideas to become realities. 

ps lorne today said a bunch of things that hit home. here are some that challenged me;

-'God is a giver therefore the devil is a taker.'

-'Jesus promised us abundant life not abundance in life.'

-'what percentage of our prayers are selfish?'

-'you've been blessed to be a blessing.'

so friends, lets be generous to one another and see how much of an impact we can make in that way. whether it be buying co-workers coffee, calling a friend to just catch up, giving away your favourite clothing items or giving above and beyond to someone else.
